• Where is the store based?

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Yes, I ship to everywhere in the world that Australia post will allow!

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Orders will be dispatched within the week of order!

  • Most domestic orders take 3 to 10 business days to arrive.
  • International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 to 10 weeks. Covid has impacted shipping times so please allow up to 25+ business days for your order to arrive.

• How much is shipping?

  To find out shipping; just place the items you're after into the shopping cart and checkout; you'll be able to see how much total shipping is before paying!

• My order hasn't arrived yet.

  For international orders:
  If it has been more than 10 weeks since your order has been shipped, please don't hesitate to send me an email!

  *COVID 19 UPDATE *

  At this current time international shipping has been massively delayed and orders can take up to 25 business days or more to arrive. I apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

• Does my order come with tracking?

  Tracking is NOT included on smaller items such as stickers and prints. This is simply because Australia post does not offer tracking on envelopes unless it is express delivery ($33+ AUD per envelope).

• Can i request a custom work?

  Yes of course you may! If you would like any custom work done then send me an email at [email protected] , and we will discuss your ideas.

• How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?

If paying with PayPal, you may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order.
